We allow returns with or without a receipt for 90 days if the packaging is in the same condition it was returned in. If the item is returned without a receipt we will issue you a store credit. If the item is defective we will return the item, no questions asked.

Over 70% of the world's toys are made in China, due mainly to cost of manufacturing in other countries. The cost of labour in China in less than it is in developed countries, not to mention that real estate is considerably more expensive in developed countries. Because these costs are lower in China, the toys are cheaper to make, which equals savings for consumers.

It is important to remember that it is companies that make toys, not countries, and to take a serious look at the safety standards of the companies you are purchasing from.
